Just found out about this a minute ago over a breakfast of Golden Grahams... conjures up memories of 9/11. Shocking, and terrible. My thoughts and prayers are with y'all over there (esp. our glammies!)
...and if this is indeed terrorist shenanigans as rumor has it, here's hoping the responsible party is held accountable, not...others....
It's pretty grim here, not helped by the lack of genuine information this morning (claims of power surges, Downing Street 'unsure' that this was a terrorist attack etc etc). All we had was the Net to rely on, though it was pretty obvious once there had been more than one blast reported that this was a terrorist attack. Everyone in any major city round the world - take care guys. I don't wish this on anyone.
my heart goes out to everyone there, I have been to London and it is my Favorite city in the world including the people there.

But back to the crap. All of you in the area, get your rears home and stay out of the public for a spell. If the atmosphere there is anything like it was here on 9/11, you are in for a surreal experience, and a terrible one. But get home to the ones you love and stay safe.

I laughed too - it was a welcome bit of relief in the current climate. And we know that Buttz is a lovely bloke who wouldn't dream of offending anyone.
Getting home would be great - but we can't get out of the fucking place at the moment...
